The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority has prepared a public participation involvement
program in compliance with the federal and state National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II stormwater regulations. This program includes educational
displays, public notices of the entire Phase II program, and availability of stormwater
information on the web.
Educational displays have been prepared by 8
th grade students from the Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School and are presented
at the Tourist Information booths along the turnpike.
The Phase II report has been submitted to each local municipality. You can also
