CANA PARCELS 3 & 6
CITY SQUARE, CHARLESTOWN, MA

 

The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority is seeking development proposals for Central Artery North Area (CANA) Parcels 3 and 6, located near City Square in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood.

  • Parcel 3 contains approximately 42,900 square feet, and is located between Route 1 and Warren, Park, and Putnam streets.
  • Parcel 6 contains approximately 5,000 square feet, and is located between Rutherford Avenue, City Square, and Harvard Street.
