
The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority has received five proposals for the development of Central Artery North Area (CANA) Parcels 3 and 6, located near City Square in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood. These proposals are in response to a Request for Proposals issued in March 2008. The Authority is no longer accepting development proposals for these parcels.
Three proposals were received for Parcel 3, which contains approximately 42,900 square feet, and is located between Route 1 and Warren, Park, and Putnam streets:

* N&P Associates LLC
* Warren Green LLC
Two proposals were received for Parcel 6, which contains approximately 5,000 square feet, and is located between Rutherford Avenue, City Square, and Harvard Street:

The Development Subcommittee of the Charlestown Neighborhood Council has invited the developers to present their proposals and answer questions at a public meeting on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus hall at 75 West School Street in Charlestown.
